To fill out a PDF on Android, use apps like Adobe Fill & Sign, Adobe Acrobat Reader, or Google Drive. Open the file in the app, tap on form fields to type text, use the pen icon to sign, and save the document. Dedicated apps allow you to save personal info for faster filling. 

 Adobe Fill & Sign (Best for quick forms)

1. Download and open Adobe Fill & Sign from the Google Play Store.
2. Select the PDF file to fill out.
3. Tap on any space to start typing, or tap on a box to add a checkmark.
4. Tap the pen icon at the top to create and place a signature.​ 

​PDFgear (Free Alternative)

1. Install PDFgear from the Google Play Store.
2. Import the PDF, tap Edit, and use the "Fill & Sign" tool to add text or signatures. [1, 2, 3]

Apple iOS​

Using the Files App (Recommended)
The Files app Apple Support
is often the easiest way to handle fillable forms.

1. Open the PDF in the Files app.
2. Tap the Markup icon (a pencil inside a circle) at the bottom right.
3. Use Form Filling: If the PDF has interactive fields, tap the Form Filling icon (a box with a pencil) at the bottom left. The fields will highlight in blue—just tap and type.
4. Add Text Manually: If it’s not an interactive form, tap the Plus (+) button at the bottom right and select Add Text. Drag the text box to where you need it.
5. Add Signature: Tap the Plus (+) button and select Add Signature to sign with your finger.
6. Save: Tap Done to save your changes. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
